The Fairbanks Curling Club would like to invite you to attend the 76th International Bonspiel in Fairbanks, Alaska from March 31-April 3, 2011.

Opening Ceremonies begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 31 and first games begin at 7:00 p.m.  A banquet dinner and awards ceremony will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 3.

Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.  Depending on the number of teams that register, there will be 4 men's divisions and 2 women's divisions with prizes awarded to the top 4 in each division.

 
There will be breakfast lunch and dinner meal service at the curling club beginning with the Thursday night dinner.  Out-of-town curlers will be provided complimentary meal tickets with their registration packets. The club has a bar service and there will be live entertainment on Friday and Saturday night.  There will be a ladies luncheon on Saturday April 2 from 12:00-2:00 and all ladies are welcome. 

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Comfort Inn in Fairbanks.  The rooms have 2 queen size beds and the discounted daily rate (including taxes) is $78.25.  The hotel offers a continental breakfast and swimming pool.  Contact information for the Comfort Inn is:  www.comfortinnfairbanks.com  phone number is 907-479-8080.  

There will be a "Circus" theme to this year's bonspiel, and "clowning around" is encouraged.
