The 21st Pacific International Cup (PIC) will be held April 15 – 19, 2020 at the Richmond Curling Club in Richmond (Vancouver), British Columbia. The PIC provides a great opportunity for Alaskan teams to curl against British Columbia teams and teams from around the world. Invitations to participate will be extended to Curling Associations/Clubs from Alaska, Arizona, Australia, Brazil, British Columbia, California, China, Chinese Taipei, Colorado, Hong Kong, Idaho, Illinois, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Zealand, North Dakota, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ohio, Oregon, Singapore, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Yukon.

The Alaska Playdowns for Women’s and Men’s teams will be held December 13 – 15, 2019 at the Fairbanks Curling Club. Play will start on Saturday, Dec. 14, if 4 or fewer teams enter a playdown. There will be a draw Friday, Dec. 13, at 3:00 PM if there are more than 4 entries

The Fairbanks Curling Foundation will provide up to $2000 to each winning Fairbanks team to assist with travel expenses for the PIC, provided at least two teams play off for the Alaska entry. Deadline for signing up is November 30th. Entry fee is $250/team.
