Ursa Major is the first distillery in Fairbanks and a sponsor of the curling club. Ursa is dedicated to the fine craft of small-batch spirits. A self-taught distiller (and curler), Rob began creating spirits in 2012 and released Ursa's first vodka in 2013, with gin and rum following shortly. Ursa's cocktail line up features their small-batch AKavit, Rum, Vodka, Gin, and Barrel-Aged Rum.

While the tour is limited to 12 participants, you are welcome to visit the distillery from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Tuesday - Friday,  and 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM on Saturday and 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM on Sunday.  Closed Monday.  Located at 2922 Parks Highway

Fairbanks curlers are asked to allow our out of town guests the opportunity to sign up for this tour.
